The StairGuy welcomes you as a guest and friend. The StairGuy provides it's services to you subject to the following terms of service.
Description of services:
The StairGuy.com primarily provides you with videos on how to create your own stairs, offers many related products in the store to help you complete your project and make it look great, and offers expert help on any questions you may have regarding the stair business itself or the creation of stairs. The StairGuy is always eager and willing to answer any questions you may have.
Changes:
The StairGuy has the right to make additions and changes to these "Terms Of Service" without notification. It is the users utmost responsibility to read and understand these terms of service.
User Conduct:
You agree to respect the services put forth and not to abuse them. This includes the sending of irrelevant content or such along those lines using the "Ask The StairGuy!" form. The StairGuy only reponds to serious inquiries and does not appreciate recieving "JUNK".
Shopping
Returns:
Returns may be made at anytime so long as product has not been altered, damaged, or changed in any way that differs from when you first revieved the product. Customers must pay any fees to send the product back. When recieved, a full refund will be given.
The Video:
The video, like anything else, may be returned at no fee other than the cost to ship the product back. However, once the video seal has been broken, it cannot be returned.
